Most of the information provided here will pertain to Aspergers Syndrome, but will be relevent to other special needs children as well. Often children on the ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) spectrum have secondary issues such as Sensory Perception Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. In addition ADHD children are on the same spectrum and share many of the challenges. Please read About Me for information.

Detoxifying the body of heavy metals and other toxins can make a huge difference for ASD kids (and their parents!) Oral chelation therapies are not an option for some kids - especially those with Sensory Processing Disorder or those who refuse to try new "foods" (like my son)
